You now have combined access to your CCU trust(s) and personal account(s) through online banking.
What is happening to my Trust Account?
Nothing is happening to the account itself. We are simply improving your CCU Online Banking experience by including your trust accounts with your other CCU accounts under a single login.
Why are you making this change?
As the people in your corner, we want to provide you with more convenient options for reviewing your accounts.
Is there anything I need to do before this goes into effect?
Nope! Though once this process is complete you’ll want to log into CCU Online Banking to see all your accounts in one place.
Can I still access the Trust Account after XX/XX/2023 with the Trust Account Login Information?
Yes. You will be able to see your trust accounts alongside your personal accounts under your personal login information. There is no change to your existing trust login information.
There are multiple Trustees on the account. Will they also have access through their personal login?
Yes. All trustees should be able to view the trust account(s) alongside their own personal accounts.
I am associated with multiple CCU Trusts. Will they all be available through my personal Online Banking login information?
Yes, with one exception: If the trust utilizes a separate Employer Identification Number (EIN) provided by the IRS.
How can I identify which Trust will be updated?
If the trust uses a Social Security number for tax reporting purposes, you will be able to see these account(s) through your personal login. You also have the ability to add a nickname to each of your accounts to better assist you with identification.
