You Can Join

Anyone can join Consumers Credit Union. Here's how...

Simply become a member of the Consumers Cooperative Association via a payment of a one-time $5.00 membership fee. Application and payment for membership to the Consumers Cooperative Association can be done at the end of the application process.

Here's what documents may be required:

Adults (18 years old and older)

  • Valid, unexpired U.S. government (Federal or State) issued ID that includes a photo. Example: Drivers License, U.S. Passport or State ID.
  • For picture ID's not having your current address, you will need to bring additional documentation. For example 2 current (not past due) utility bill for your current address.
  • Non-U.S. Citizens: Mexican Matricula Consular ID and your original ITIN letter. U.S. Permanent Alien Resident card, and Social Security card, and a current utility bill. Additional documents may be required.

Minors (13-17 years old)

  • Valid, unexpired U.S. government (Federal or State) issued ID that includes a photo (Example: Drivers License, U.S. Passport or State ID) and Social Security Number (copy or memorized number is OK).
  • Current School ID and Social Security Number must be provided for the minor.
  • Parent or legal guardian must be joint on the account and provide appropriate ID as noted above.

Minors (12 years old and younger)

  • Social Security Number must be provided for the minor.
  • Parent or legal guardian must be joint on the account and provide appropriate ID as noted above.

Items for Online Application Processing

For Share Account Applications:

  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid, unexpired Drivers License or State ID
  • Social Security Number
