Visa eStatements User Guide

To enroll in electronic statements for your CCU Visa Credit Card, login to your Online Banking and follow these easy steps!

To enroll in Visa eStatements

Under the Loans grid, select your Visa Credit Card

On the right hand side of the screen, under the View Visa eStatements module, select Enroll for Visa eStatements.


Click the Adobe Reader PDF code link to obtain the PDF confirmation code.


The PDF Confirmation Code will appear in a separate window.


*Enter the PDF Code into the Confirmation Code box

*Enter the email address where you would like your Visa eStatement notification to be sent to.

*Review and Accept the Terms and Conditions of the disclosure. Submit.


Click Confirm to complete the Visa eStatement Enrollment request.


A confirmation message will appear. An enrollment confirmation notification will be sent to the email address entered.


When a Visa eStatement is ready to view, an email will be sent to the eStatement notification email address. The Visa eStatement can then be viewed in the View Visa eStatements module by logging into your Online Banking.

If you wish to change the eStatement ready notification email address, at any time, select Edit below the email address to submit the changes.


To Unenroll from Visa eStatements


To unenroll from Visa eStatements, under the View Visa eStatements module, select Unenroll from Visa eStatements.


Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions for Visa eStatement Unenrollment. Submit.


To complete your unenrollment, select Confirm. If you do not wish to unenroll, select Cancel.


A confirmation message will appear that the request has been successfully processed.


Going forward, your Visa Credit Card statements will be sent as paper statements to your home address.

You will be prompted to confirm, and edit, your mailing address, if necessary. If the address displayed in the Confirm Mailing Address module is correct, select Continue. If the address displayed is not correct, select Edit to update your address within Online Banking.
