Desktop Transfers
You can process and schedule transfers from one account to another quickly and securely within your online banking. To make an immediate transfer, schedule a future dated transfer or set up recurring transfers, log into your online banking and follow these steps:

Your actual reward level and dividend rate earned is based on current market rates, which are subject to change at any time and without notice, and your account qualification level earned.
Immediate Transfers
Transfers to and from CCU accounts can be initiated and researched via the Transfers < Funds Transfer menu option
After the Funds Transfer page loads, you can create your transfer request.
Steps
- Select From account
- Select To account
- Enter transfer Amount
- Select Frequency from dropdown as One Time Transfer
- Select Transfer Date as today date
- Enter Memo (optional)
- Click Transfer Funds
- Once submitted, a confirmation window will appear.
a. It will list your From and To Accounts, the Amount, the Date and the Memo. - If you would like review your transfer with more details, click Manage Transfer. It will take you to the Activity Center.
- Select Close, and the window will close, and you can start another transfer.
- You can confirm the transfer by going to Transfer -> Activity Center. Your transfer will be shown under Single Transaction.
Future Dated Transfers
To schedule a transfer for one-time, future dated processing, follow these steps by going to Transfers < Funds Transfer menu option
Steps
- Select From account
- Select To account
- Enter transfer Amount
- Select Frequency from dropdown as One Time Transfer
- Select Transfer Date as a date in the future
- Enter Memo (optional)
- Click Transfer Funds
- Once submitted, a confirmation window will appear.
a. It will list your From and To Accounts, the Amount, the Date and Memo will be shown. - If you would like to edit any of the information, select Manage Transfer and it will re-direct to the Activity Center.
Edit or Delete Future Dated Transfer
- You can verify the scheduled transfer by selecting Transfers-> Activity Center.
a. Your transfer will be shown under Single Transactions. - To edit a scheduled transfer, select the ellipsis to the right of the transfer.
a. You can edit the From and To Accounts, Amount, Transfer Date and Memo. - You can Cancel the transfer by clicking Cancel.
a. A confirmation window will pop up, click Confirm.
Recurring Transfers
To schedule a transfer as a recurring request, follow these steps by going to Transfers < Funds Transfer menu option
Steps
- Select From account
- Select To account
- Enter transfer Amount
- Select Frequency from dropdown that is NOT One Time Transfer
- Select Start Date
- Select Repeat Duration
a. Forever (Will never end)
b. Until Date
i. Pick a date you would like the recurring transfer to end - Select Start Date (the date you would like the first transfer completed)
- Enter Memo (optional)
- Click Transfer Funds
- Once submitted, a confirmation window will appear.
a. It will list your From and To Accounts, the Amount, the Date, Memo and the Frequency of the transaction. - If you would like to edit any of the information, select Manage Transfer and it will re-direct to the Activity Center.
Edit/Delete Recurring Transfer
You can verify, edit and delete the scheduled transfer by going to Transfers-> Activity Center. Your transfer will be shown under Recurring Transactions. To Edit or Delete your recurring transfer, follow these steps:
Steps
- Select Recurring Transactions tab
- Select the Action ellipsis on the right of the transfer
- To Edit your recurring transfer, click Edit Series
a. Edit the From and To Accounts, Amount, Frequency, Start Date, Repeat Duration, End Date or Memo
b. Then click Save - To Delete your recurring transfer, Click Cancel Series
a. A confirmation box will ask you to confirm your request, Click confirm
b. Your recurring transfer will be cancelled
Mobile Transfer
Transfers can also be processed and scheduled within your mobile app. To make/schedule a transfer within CCU’s mobile app, download the Consumers Credit Union mobile app on your Android or iPhone device. Log into your account using your User ID and Password and follow these steps: Menu -> Transfers -> Funds Transfer
Immediate Transfers

Edit Recurring Transfer
- To view, edit or cancel your Scheduled Transfers, go to the Menu -> Transfers -> Activity Center.
- To view or edit the Recurring Transfer, click on the Recurring tab, then click the Action ellipse and click Edit Series
- Update the information you wish to change for this transfer. Transfer Funds.
- Once Completed a confirmation window will open.
a. It will list the From and To Account, Amount, Date and Memo.
Cancel Recurring Transfer
- To view, edit or cancel your Scheduled Transfers, go to the Menu -> Activity Center.
- To Cancel the Recurring Transfer, click on the Recurring tab, then click the Action ellipse and click Cancel Series
- An alert will be prompted asking if you are sure you want to Cancel the transfer. Select Confirm to Cancel.
- Once confirmed, you will receive an alert stating your transfer was successfully Cancelled.
