Touch ID User Guide

Touch ID

Members can enroll their mobile device for Touch ID by following these steps within their Mobile App.

Enabling Touch ID:

  1. Login to Mobile App
  2. Expand the settings dropdown in the navigation menu
  3. Click on Security Preferences

  4. Toggle the Touch ID option to ON

  5. A screen will appear with information on the Touch ID feature. Click continue to proceed.

  6. Enter Online banking credentials and click Authorize. Confirm fingerprint when prompted.

    Going forward, the Member will be prompted to confirm their fingerprint to continue with their login.

    Clicking cancel will dismiss the fingerprint window and allow for manual login with a keyboard

Enabling Touch ID via Login screen:

Touch ID can also be enabled prior to logging into the app.

  1. From the login screen click Touch ID

  2. A window will appear explaining the touch ID feature. Click Enroll now to proceed.

  3. Enter credentials and click Authorize. Confirm fingerprint when prompted.

  4. A quick “Touch ID enabled” message will appear right before being logged in and directed to the home page of account.

Disabling Touch ID

Steps:

  1. Login to Mobile App
  2. Expand the settings dropdown in the navigation menu
  3. Click on Security Preferences
  4. Toggle the Touch ID option to OFF
  5. A confirmation window will appear. Click yes to finish disabling Touch ID.

  6. Touch ID is disabled. Touch ID will no longer be prompted when trying to log in.
