Touch ID User Guide

Touch ID

Members can enroll their mobile device for Touch ID by following these steps within their Mobile App.

Enroll Touch ID:

Login to Mobile App

From the Main Menu -> Manage Profile -> Select Fingerprint Device Management

On the Fingerprint Device Management screen, the Member will enter the following:

* Device Name- A nickname for the device being enrolled

* User Id- Online/Mobile Banking User ID

* Password- Online/Mobile Banking Password

 

Select Enroll the register the device

Once enrolled, a confirmation message will appear and the enrolled device will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. The device is now enrolled for Touch ID.

Going forward, the Member will be prompted to confirm their fingerprint to continue with their login.

 

Should they choose to enter their User ID and Password, Cancel can be selected and they will be directed to the Sign In screen.

Deleting an enrolled device on mobile:

Once logged into the Mobile App, the Member will follow these steps:

 

From the Main Menu -> Manage Profile -> Fingerprint Device Management

 

Locate the device name at the bottom of the page they wish to unenroll and select the red X under Delete.

Select OK to confirm deletion.

A message will appear at the top of the screen confirming the device has been unenrolled.

Deleting an enrolled device on desktop:

Once logged into their Online Banking, the Member will follow these steps:

 

Select Manage Profile -> User Profile -> Fingerprint Device Management

Select the red X under Delete next to the device they wish to delete.

Select OK to confirm deletion of the device.

A message will appear at the top of the screen confirming the device has been unenrolled. 

 

 

Verify a device is enrolled:

To verify the device name and the date and time of enrollment, login to the Architect Admin site. Search for the Member by Name, User Name or Member Number.  Click on the User Name to proceed to the User Details screen.

Scroll to the Fingerprint Authentication Device Management section. All enrolled devices and the date and time they were enrolled are listed below.
