Register Travel User Guide

Registering your travel plans with CCU is quick and easy. Sharing the details of your trip will help ensure uninterrupted use of your card while you are away from home.

To register your travel plans, login to your Online Banking and follow the steps below.

Select Manage Profile -> User Profile -> Register Travel

Complete the following fields:

Date Range- When you will be traveling.

Country and State- Where you will be traveling to. You may select up to 10 locations to add to your travel plan. Select Add Destination after each location is chosen.

Cards- Select your CCU VISA Debit and/or Credit Card(s) you plan on taking with you on your trip. At least one card must be selected.

Select Register Trip when all details have been entered.

Once Register Trip is selected, a confirmation message will appear.

Your travel plan will be displayed in the Planned Travel module at the bottom of the screen.

To edit a registered travel plan, locate the trip in the Planned Travel module and select the green (edit) icon to the right of the plan. Make any necessary changes and select Update Trip to process.

To delete a registered travel plan, that has not already started, select the red X (delete) icon to the right of the plan. Click OK to confirm you would like to delete the travel plan.

Your history of registered travel plans that have been completed or cancelled will appear in the Travel History module at the bottom of the page.

Registering your travel plans can also be completed via your CCU Mobile Application.

Once logged into the app, from the Main Menu, select Manage Profile -> Register Travel

Complete the following fields:

Once Register Trip is selected, a confirmation message will appear.

To edit a registered travel plan, locate the trip in the Planned Travel module and click on the travel plan. Make any necessary changes and select Update Trip to process.
