Travel Notification User Guide

When members plan to take a trip, they can place a travel notice for any debit or credit card associated with their accounts. This notice will allow their cards to work without interruption. Without a travel notification, members may find their debit or credit cards blocked by the credit union’s anti-fraud system.

To register your travel plans:

  1. Log into Online Banking. From the navigation menu, select Card Management > Card Details

  2. From the Card Details page, select Travel Notifications under Communication.

  3. Select the card(s) that will be used during travel, enter departure and return dates, choose domestic or international, state or country, and enter contact number. Select Submit.

  4. A success confirmation message will appear. Upon return to Travel Notifications, you will see the submitted travel notice under Active Travel Notifications.
