Mobile Check Deposit User Guide

You can deposit a check into your CCU account using the camera on your mobile device.

Steps

  1. In the navigation menu, select Mobile Check Deposit

  2. Select To Account
  3. Select Amount and enter the amount value of the check
  4. Select Capture Image

  5. Select the camera icon in the top right-hand corner and take a clear photo of the front of the check
    *Guides on the screen help you to align the check for the image

  6. Select the camera icon and take a picture of the back of the check.
    *Before taking a photo, endorse the check with a written message: “For Mobile Deposit Only CCU”. Must also include all payees’ signatures and CCU account number

  7. Select Submit Deposit and a notification will appear indicating the deposit was successful.
    *If the image of the check is blurry, you can select Retake Front or Retake Back to take a new picture

  8. Navigate to Menu > Transfers > Activity Center
  9. Select Deposited Checks and the mobile deposit will appear as a Submitted check/
    *Select the Submitted drop-down icon to reveal check details such as check image and confirmation code
