Loan and Visa Payment User Guide

Loan or Visa Payment

You can process and schedule payments from one account to your Loan accounts quickly and securely within your online banking. To make an immediate payment, schedule a future dated payment or set up recurring payments, log into your online banking and follow these steps:

Immediate Payments

Payments from CCU accounts can be initiated and researched via the Payments < Loan or Visa Payments menu option:

After the Loan or Visa Payment page loads, you can create your Loan payment request.

Steps

  1. Select From account
  2. Select Loan account
  3. Enter Payment Type
  4. Enter Payment Amount
  5. Select Transfer Date as today's date
  6. Enter Memo (optional)
  7. Click Submit
  8. Loan or Visa 1

  9. Once submitted, a confirmation window will appear. It will list your From and To Accounts, the Payment Type, Payment Amount, the Date and the Memo (if one was provided at the time of the transaction).
  10. If you would like cancel your payment, click Cancel. It will return you to the Loan or Visa Payment page.
  11. Select Confirm, and a Confirmation message is displayed.
  12. You can confirm the payment by clicking on Activity Center. Your payment will be shown under Single Transaction.

Future Dated Payment

To schedule a payment for one‐time, future dated processing, follow these steps by going to Payments < Loan or Visa Payment menu option:

 

Steps

  1. Select From account
  2. Select To account
  3. Enter Payment type
  4. Enter Payment Amount
  5. Select Payment Date as a date in the future
  6. Enter Memo (optional)
  7. Click Submit 
  8. Once submitted, a confirmation window will appear.
    a.  It will list your From and To Accounts, the Amount, the Date and Memo will be shown.
    b.  Click Confirm
  9. If you would like to cancel the payment, select Activity Center and it will re‐direct you to Activity Center, where you can choose to cancel.

Delete Future Dated Transfer

 

Steps

  1. You can verify the scheduled payment by going to Transfers < Activity Center
    a. Your payment will be shown under Single Transactions.
  2. You can Cancel the payment by clicking Cancel after selecting the ellipsis to bring up the Actions.  
    a. A confirmation window will pop up, click Confirm.

Recurring Payments

To schedule a payment as a recurring request, follow these steps by going to Payments < Loan or Visa Payment menu option.

Steps

  1. Select From account
  2. Select To account
  3. Enter Payment Type
  4. Enter Payment Amount
  5. Select the checkbox Make this recurring
  6. Select Frequency 
  7. Select Start Date
  8. Select End Date
  9. Select Repeat Forever if you wish to have this run continually (optional)
  10. Enter Memo (optional)
  11. Click Submit 
  12. Once submitted, a confirmation window will appear, click Confirm if all details are correct. 
    a. It will list your From and To Accounts, the Payment Type, the Payment Amount, the Date, Memo and the Frequency of the transaction. 
  13. If you would like to edit any of the information, select Activity Center and it will re‐direct you to Activity Center.

Delete Recurring Transfer

You can verify and delete the scheduled, recurring payment by going to Transfer > Activity Center. Your recurring payment will be shown under Recurring Transactions. To Delete you recurring payment, follow the steps:

  1. Select Recurring Transactions tab
  2. Select the Action ellipsis on the right of the payment
  3. To Delete your recurring transfer, Click Cancel Series   
    a. A confirmation box will ask you to confirm your request, Click confirm   
    b. Your recurring payment will be cancelled
