Register for Business Online Banking User Guide

Business members can now self‐enroll for Business Online Banking with CCU. After submitting the enrollment application, members will receive their log in credentials via a secure email within 1‐3 business days.

Steps to Enroll

To enroll, navigate to the home log in page and follow these steps:

  1. Select Enroll Business

  2. Complete the required fields of the external Online Enrollment form. Keep in mind:
    • The EIN is formatted like an SSN.
    • The Business Name field will not accept numbers and the system will remove any inserted numbers on the backend.
    • The system may reject an application if two are completed back to back. For example, a person opens two entities at the same time and tries to complete an application for both on the same day. Since their contact information will be the same, the system is reading it as a duplication.

A confirmation message will open suggesting the enrollment is complete. However, once the
enrollment form is submitted, it will take 1‐3 business days for the member to receive the
secure email with their password. They will not be able to log into the online banking portal until
they receive their password via the secure email.
