Home Loan Account FAQs
In the Mortgage Dashboard, the last payment amount and date is not correct. Why?
The last payment amount displayed is your year-to-date interest, and the date this information was transferred to the new servicing team. This was necessary to transition your loan. Once you make your next payment, this amount will update and reflect the correct last payment amount and date.
