Alice ClementsAs a grateful CCU member for over 40 years, I am excited to give back to our community. I want to foster a collaborative environment that empowers and inspires team members to achieve their full potential.

My experiences as a customer-facing, fully licensed banker and a corporate executive managing AI, cloud computing automations, and delivering large data analytics intelligent solutions will provide CCU with a valuable perspective. I have over two decades of leadership in the financial technology services sector, having served as VP of a global financial firm and as a consultant at both the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (Economics Research Department) and Accenture.

I believe my deep technological and financial background will greatly enhance CCU’s Board of Directors and member experience. By promoting astonishing performance in this ever-increasingly complex and competitive market, I am confident that I can contribute positively to our community.

Nagesh PillarisettiI am delighted to serve as a member of the CCU Board of Directors, I am bringing over 28 years of deep expertise as a Strategic Technology Leader and Business Transformation Expert. My professional background is firmly rooted in the high-tech and communications industry, specifically within a global, large-scale enterprise environment at Motorola Solutions, Inc.

Expert at leading and scaling large IT teams, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and driving digital transformation for business growth. Proficient in Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP implementation, and pioneering AI/Automation strategies in product development and services.

My long-standing 25-year membership with the Credit Union, witnessing its evolution from MECU to CCU, drives my desire to represent its members.
I am committed to securing the Credit Union's future by prioritizing the adoption of modern technology. This focus will enhance the member experience, strengthen security, and ensure sustainable financial growth.

Beyond fiscal responsibility, I believe the Credit Union must actively support initiatives for economic empowerment and community development within the areas it serves. My goal is to ensure the Board's decisions strike a balance between innovation and fiscal prudence, always upholding the fundamental values of a member-owned institution and reflecting the best interests of every member.

I offer the Board Strategic Vision in Technology, Financial Acumen, and Risk Management Expertise. As Global Head of Design & Technology Delivery, I have P&L ownership, generating new revenue (e.g., $20M ARR from new services) and achieving significant cost savings ($10M+ annually). My leadership secured ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certifications, enabling me to guide CCU in meeting stringent compliance and cybersecurity requirements. I will ensure CCU remains competitive, secure, and future-ready for its membership.

Thank you for considering my candidacy. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my experience can benefit the CCU community.

Sincerely,

Nagesh Pillarisetti
John FioreAs a member of the credit union since 1969, I understand the importance of having an advocate at the Board level who not only provides the necessary oversight of the credit union to insure it’s soundness and safety, but puts the members first. I will always support and find ways to add more value for our member owners in the form of lower loan rates, higher dividends, lower fees, improved and new products and the highest level of member service. I believe the credit union should be a trusted financial partner for the membership and help simplify their financial lives in anyway that it can. Having worked in a very progressive credit union for 45 years in a variety of positions including President/CEO for 29 years I feel I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the credit union industry. It has provided me with the leadership skills necessary to advance Consumers Credit Union’s mission and support effective Board leadership. I have been able to apply my skills as a Board member for the last six years and respectfully request the opportunity to continue to serve and represent you on the Board of Directors.
Scott DrabickiI hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and master's degrees in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. These academic achievements have provided me with a solid foundation in technical and managerial disciplines.
As an engineering team leader for a consulting firm, I work closely with municipalities throughout northern Illinois. My professional journey has offered valuable insights into how local government can make a direct and meaningful difference in the lives of neighbors and the broader community. This commitment to service mirrors the longstanding tradition of credit unions, which have supported their communities for over a century.
I believe that acts of service are among the most meaningful ways to give back to the community. With my combined experience in engineering, local government, and my previous involvement with Consumers Credit Union, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to run for a seat on the Board and to represent our membership.
My background has equipped me with strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit—all qualities that align well with the goals of this organization. I am driven by a genuine desire to help others and to foster positive change within the community. I am confident that my dedication, work ethic, and readiness to embrace new challenges would enable me to serve as a valuable member of this board.
