When registering your card on a Mobile Wallet, you may receive a One-Time Passcode(OTP) to complete the registration process. Please note, the Credit Union will never contact our cardholders to verify this OTP. What is Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is a mobile wallet and digital payment service by Apple Inc. that lets users make payments using their compatible Apple devices.
How will Apple Pay work with my Rewards Checking account?
Your Apple Pay transactions will continue to clear your account the same way your debit and credit card transactions do today. All qualifying purchases will count towards the Rewards Checking requirements!
What should I do if my iPhone/Apple Watch/iPad is lost/stolen?
If your device is lost/stolen, please contact Consumers Credit Union immediately at 877-275-2228 so that we can deactivate your card for use with Apple Pay.
What should I do if my physical card is lost/stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please notify Consumers Credit Union immediately at 877-275-2228. You will need to remove the lost/stolen card from Apple Pay and add the new one once received.
Why am I being asked to call the Credit Union to verify my card?
For security reasons, we may need additional verification to activate your card on Apple Pay. If this occurs, please call 855-437-2790 to complete the verification process.

What does "contactless payment" mean?
A contactless payment is a transaction that does not require physical contact between your mode of payment (card or mobile device) and the merchant terminal.
What is a device account number?
Apple refers to the digital form of credit and debit cards as the Device Account Number.
Is my actual card number used for my Apple Pay transactions?
No! A unique sequence of numbers is used for each transaction processed with Apple Pay! Your card number is never revealed to the merchant, providing you a safer and secure way to complete your purchases.
How secure is Apple Pay?
Using Apple Pay is safe and secure, and is also backed by Visa's Zero Liability policy. Consumers Credit Union will continue to monitor your transactions to help detect any fraudulent activity.
Can Apple Pay be used for recurring charges?
This service is not available at this time.

Yes, you can add your card to multiple eligible Apple devices.
