CCU Announces New Service Center Location in Kildeer

Newest branch will capture heavy traffic along US HWY 12 corridor

Consumers Credit Union (CCU; $1.25 Billion, Waukegan, IL) announced it will open a new Service Center in Kildeer, Illinois. The newest CCU location is designed to provide a cutting edge Member experience by offering best-of-class options for both self and full service in the brand new facility. The Service Center is located on US HWY 12 in the Kildeer Village Square, just south of Deer Park Town Center.

The new facility conveys an open, welcoming feeling from the minute someone walks through the door. The unique architectural concept for the Kildeer location is the creation of DBSI, Incorporated, of Chandler, AZ. The General Contractor for the project is Elevated Commercial Construction, Inc., of Arlington Heights, IL. Plans are to open the doors of the Kildeer Service Center for business in the early part of the 4th quarter.

“Consumers Credit Union is extremely proud to add Kildeer to our family of Service Center locations,” said Dave Valentine, Vice President of Marketing, Retail Service and Sales. “We looked at several possible sites during the past three years and believe Kildeer offers the best location for growth. Kildeer is also a natural geographic complement to our other 10 CCU locations, so the Route 12 location will be extremely helpful for Members already living in that area. It will also allow us to capture the tens of thousands of potential new Members passing by every single day. We can’t wait to get started!”

Adriana Bravo will manage the Member Experience staff in Kildeer. Adriana is currently the Member Experience Manager at the credit union’s Mundelein office. She joined CCU in October 2017 with 21 years of financial service experience with Bank of America and State Farm Insurance & Financial Services. She has already earned two monthly awards from CCU for top performing Service Centers. Adriana resides with her husband Jorge, two adult children (both of whom work in the medical field) and two pet boxers in Prospect Heights, IL. The Bravos love to travel and have a goal of visiting each of the 50 states in the US.
