Certificate Renewal Options

When your CCU Certificate matures, you have options!

Choice 1: Withdraw or Change Term*

You now have a grace period of 10 calendar days to either withdraw the funds without penalty 

or change the term of your certificate.

Choice 2: Renew

You can renew your certificate through CCU Digital Banking**

  1. Log in to your digital banking account
  2. Choose your Certificate account
  3. Select Manage Certificate and follow the steps.

Choice 3: Auto Renew

If you take no action, your certificate will automatically renew. The account number will remain 
the same, but the rate and term may differ.

*If you have an HSA or IRA certificate, you won’t be able to withdraw it online. Please call 
our contact center at 877.275.2228.
**Note that funds cannot be added through digital banking. You can only renew or 
withdraw.
