Consumers Credit Union welcomes KCT members!
Since the legal merger of KCT Credit Union and Consumers Credit Union on December 1, 2024, employees from both credit unions have been working behind the scenes to prepare for the final step – the transition of KCT members to CCU’s systems. We expect that to happen in February of 2026. This page will be updated frequently with more details in the coming months.

The combination of the two companies ensures a bright future for members and employees of both institutions. Members will have access to a larger branch network, enhanced digital tools and a broad range of products and services.
When Will This Process Be Complete?
We are planning for KCT Members to transition to CCU systems in February 2026.
What If I Have Current Accounts At Both KCT And Consumers Credit Union?
The details for combining accounts held at both institutions, as well as other information about accounts, will be shared at a later date, always with an eye toward making the transition as easy as possible for members.
What Should I Be Doing Now To Prepare?
To make sure you’re fully prepared for next year’s transition, here are two simple things to do:
- Double-check your contact information and make sure your mailing address, e-mail address and phone number(s) are correct. Make any necessary updates through Online Banking, by visiting any KCT branch location or by filling out the Change of Address form located on the KCT website. Note that a valid, updated ID is required to change your address in person at a branch.
