A: The CCU Cash Back Mall brings your favorite brand-name retailers right to your fingertips in one easy-to-use program. Shop for clothing, electronics, entertainment, household gear and all your favorite consumer products and earn bonus cash back with each purchase.
The Cash Back Mall is also where members with a CCU Visa Signature Cash Rebate or Visa Signature Your Cash Back card will redeem their earned cash back from all their everyday purchases, plus any bonus cash back earned from Cash Back Mall offers.
Members can redeem their accumulated Cash Back as a statement credit or a deposit into their CCU Checking or Savings account.
Q. How do I access the Cash Back Mall?
A: To get started, sign in to your CCU account either via the CCU Mobile App or through
our website from your desktop/laptop computer. Select your Visa Signature Cash Rebate or Visa Signature Your Cash Back card from the account menu. Next, select
Card Services and then choose the
Redeem Rewards tile. You will automatically be routed to the Cash Back Mall.
Q. How do I earn Cash Back through the Cash Back Mall?
A: You will earn Cash Back each time you use your card at a participating retailer listed on the Cash Back Mall.
Q. How do I find a participating retailer?
A: You can find a participating retailer by viewing the list of retailers on the Cash Back Mall home page. Here you can search by name or category, like apparel & accessories, food & entertainment, travel, pets, sporting goods and more. You can also shop for bonus Cash Back offers in-store or online, all from the comfort of your home.
As an added benefit, the more you shop within the Cash Back Mall, the more personalized the “Just For You” offers will appear on the Cash Back Mall home page.
Note: Each participating retailer's offer identifies if the Cash Back bonus is available when shopping online only, in-store only, or both.
Q. Do I need to do anything extra when shopping in-store?
A: No additional action is needed! Simply use your CCU Visa Signature Cash Rebate or Visa Signature Your Cash Back card at a participating retailer, and you will earn automatically.
Q. Do I need to do anything extra when shopping online only offers?
A: Yes. For retailer offers marked as online only, you must access the retailer’s website directly through the link in the retailer’s Cash Back Mall offer.
Failure to use this specific link and use your CCU Visa Signature Cash Rebate or Visa Signature Your Cash Back card will render the online purchase ineligible for the extra Cash Back bonus. However, you will still earn your regular Cash Back rate when using your CCU credit card.
Q. When will the bonus Cash Back earned through the Cash Back Mall be credited to my account?
A: Qualifying Cash Back Mall Cash Back will be credited to your account within 2 billing statements after the initial date of purchase. If you do not see your Cash Back Mall Cash Back within 2 billing statements, please contact us at 877.275.2228. Please be prepared to share as much detail as possible to assist us in locating your reward, including vendor, offer details, date of purchase and if the purchase was made online or in-store.

A: You can redeem all your earned Cash Back from both your everyday purchases plus any bonus Cash Back. As The People in Your CornerTM, CCU is giving you greater control of when and how you can get your money or merchandise!
Q. How often can I redeem my Cash Back, and are there any minimums?
A: You can redeem your Cash Back as often as you’d like, if you have at least $5 in available Cash Back for a transfer into your CCU Checking or Savings account, or a minimum of $25 in Cash Back to apply as a statement credit.
Q. How soon after I redeem my Cash Back for a deposit into my CCU Checking or Savings account will the funds be available?
A: Cash Back redeemed for a deposit into your CCU Checking or Savings account should become available within 2 business days.
Q. Do I have to redeem my Cash Back in full every month?
A: No, you have control over redeeming your Cash Back when you want. If you meet the minimum redemption requirements referenced above, you can redeem your cash back balance in full every month.
Q. Does my Cash Back balance expire?
A: Your Cash Back balance will not expire as long as your account remains open and in good standing.
