Skip-A-Pay Opportunity
Members with an auto loan or personal loan may skip one monthly payment up to twice a year.
To skip an eligible loan payment, log in to CCU digital banking, select the loan account and then select Skip-A-Pay. Follow the prompts to apply.
Each skipped payment is subject to a $45 fee or the maximum amount allowed by your state, whichever is less. Interest will continue to accrue. Additional qualifications and restrictions apply.
Skip-A-Pay requests for auto and personal loans will be processed for the next eligible loan payment. The next payment due at the time of the request will be deferred until the end of the current loan term.
This promotion is available for consumer loans, excluding real estate loans, with monthly repayment terms. Loans for which two payments have already been skipped within the past 12 months are not eligible. Skip-A-Pay is not available to members who live in New Hampshire.
