    With Identity Voice, there’s no need to enter a password or spend time answering security questions – we’ll verify you through your voice in seconds.

    • With your permission, we’ll create your unique voiceprint the next time you call us at 877.275.2228
    • After we’ve created your voiceprint, we can quickly verify your identity through your voice every time you call.

    • Your unique voice characteristics can’t be imitated, so only you can authenticate your identity.

    Identity Voice is a fast, secure way to verify your identity, so that you can access your accounts whenever you call us. No need to enter a password or answer security questions.

    Identity Voice generates a “voiceprint” – unique to you — analyzing more than 130 different characteristics in your voice. Once your voiceprint is captured, VoiceID compares it to your voice to authenticate your identity.

    Identity Voice is optional. If you prefer, you can continue to use your password or answer security questions when you call. You can also opt out of Identity Voice at any time and we’ll delete your voiceprint.
    With Identity Voice, you can confirm your identity simply by speaking with us, without the need for security questions or a password – so you can access your accounts faster and more securely.

    Yes. Identity Voice can identify over 130 unique characteristics, only a few of which are affected by a cold. If your voice is severely affected, such as with laryngitis, Identity Voice may not work, but we’ll verify your identity with security questions.
    Yes! Like a fingerprint, your voice is unique to you. Identity Voice technology is less susceptible to fraud than more traditional authentication methods. Sophisticated monitoring can detect when someone uses a recording of your voice.

    Identity Voice is secure and provides multiple layers of defense against synthetic-speech-based fraud attempts. The technology can detect when audio is digitally manufactured, played from a recording, or does not match your stored voiceprint.
