Balance Transfer Instructions

  1. Log in to CCU Digital Banking
  2. Click on the credit card
  3. Click 'Account Services'
  4. Click 'Manage Credit Card'
  5. You will be directed to the credit card system, DX Online
  6. Select 'Balance Transfer'
  7. Choose the frequency desired and the date to send
  8. If the card has not been registered, you will need to register the card first before accessing the credit card information. Follow the prompts to register your card.
    If you have already registered the card, you can proceed to the next step
  9. Click 'Balance Transfer' and follow the prompts

Cash Advance Instructions

Process cash advance via Digital Banking.

  1. Log in to CCU Digital Banking
  2. Click ‘Transfer Funds’
  3. In the ‘From Account’ drop-down menu, select the credit card
  4. In the ‘To Account’ drop-down menu, select the account where the funds will be deposited into
  5. In the ‘Amount’ field, input the desired cash advance amount
  6. Click ‘Transfer Funds’
