Two-year program
- Six semesters, including two summers
- Attend classes at an accredited partner community college to complete your associate degree
- Mapped coursework allows you to focus on studies relevant to your field of work and the credit union industry
- 2026 cohort: begins July 2026 through July 2028
Earn + Learn = Success
- Work + school = 40 hours per week (Your time is divided between working and learning onsite at CCU and attending college classes.)
- Competitive Compensation package = Hourly rate + benefits eligibility + eligibility to earn incentives or a bonus
- Free Education = Tuition + books + fees
Work experience
