Yes, your loan information can be accessed through the Mortgage Dashboard after May 10. During the transition period from May 1 to May 10, 2021 you will not have access to your home loan account information. All payments and payoffs received during this time will be processed as soon as the loan has transitioned and will post effective the date of receipt. If you need a payoff statement, please contact Consumers Credit Union.
Within the Mortgage Dashboard under Account Management, you can contact us by sending a secure message, using the online chat tool, or calling us at 866.557.5659.

The last payment amount displayed is your year-to-date interest, and the date this information was transferred to the new servicing team. This was necessary to transition your loan. Once you make your next payment, this amount will update and reflect the correct last payment amount and date.
Home Loan Payment FAQs
We offer Budget Drafting, a convenient program that may help to reduce your interest charges, build equity more quickly and pay off your loan early. To learn more about the Budget Draft program and/or enroll, follow these steps:
- Within online banking, click “Mortgage Information”
- Select your mortgage
- Now that you are in your loan portal, select the “Expand Your Knowledge - Education” tile at the top of the page
- Click “Payments”
- Budget Draft Resources are available here.
Budget Drafting is only available for mortgages.
Home Loan Deposit FAQs
Yes, a Home Equity Line of Credit check deposit can be made via mobile deposit through our mobile app. You can also deposit it at any of our retail branches.
Please note that other financial institutions may not accept Home Equity checks as remote deposits based on their check-clearing processes.
