Real Estate Center

Consumers Mortgages' HomeAdvantageTM program is your resource when it comes to real estate. Whether you're buying, selling or borrowing, we can help you along the way.

This program is free and allows you to take full advantage instantly.

Research.

Search MLS for available listings for your new home. Establish alerts based on your desired new home's criteria to act quickly to new listings. You can even learn the value of your current home.

Connect.

The program allows you to contact and connect with licensed real estate agents. These agents are local and have been hand-picked by Consumers Credit Union.

Learn.

Within the online system, you can investigate important information about your new neighborhood such as demographics, school ratings, and crime statistics.

Borrow.

Let an expert loan officer at Consumers Mortgages help you navigate through the loan process. Consumers Mortgages offers flexible terms, great rates, low fees and quick turn times. What's more is that mortgages are serviced with the credit union, so you'll receive great service long after you close on your new mortgage loan.

Rebate.

When you use an agent in the HomeAdvantage program to buy or sell your home, you qualify to earn a rebate at closing -- equaling 20% of your agent's commission.

*The HomeAdvantage program is made available to you through a relationship between Consumers Credit Union and CU Realty Services. Program rebates are awarded by CU Realty Services to buyers and sellers who select and use a real estate agent in the HomeAdvantage network of approved agents. Home buyers or sellers are not eligible for the rebate if they use an agent outside this network. Using Consumers Credit Union for a mortgage is not a requirement to earn a rebate. Rebate amounts are dependent on the commissions paid to the agent. Consumers Credit Union may have specific rules on how your rebate will be paid out. Rebate incentives are available in most states; however, are void where prohibited by law or by the lender. Please consult with Consumers Credit Union to get details that may affect you.
