Online Bill Pay - Conversion Information

CCU has introduced a new Business Member Online Banking and Bill Pay Experience effective July 20, 2017.

A communication was sent to our Business Member Online Banking and Bill Pay Users with instructions on how to log in to the new Online Banking system below.  Please follow the login instructions provided in that communication.

HELPFUL CHECKLIST

After Logging in to the new Online Banking system:

  • Update your password
  • Add secondary users who can access and manager accounts (navigate to "manage profile")
  • Add desired account alerts.
  • Schedule desired recurring transfers between CCU accounts 

If you utilized the old Bill Pay Platform:

  • Click on the "Bill Pay" tab within Online Banking
  • Log in to Bill Pay using the same first-time login credentials for Online Banking (prior to updating your password)
  • Begin registering payees
  • Set-up any recurring payments

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY NCUA INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a ''noninterest-bearing transaction account'' are insured in full by the National Credit Union Administration through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to members under the NCUA's general share insurance rules.

The term ''noninterest-bearing transaction account'' includes a traditional share draft account (or demand deposit account) on which the insured credit union pays no interest or dividend. It does not include any transaction account that may earn interest or dividends, a negotiable order of withdrawal (''NOW'') account, money market deposit account, and Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (''IOLTA''), even if share drafts may be drawn on the account. For more information about temporary NCUA insurance coverage of transaction accounts, visit www.ncua.gov.

What Information Will I need to Open a Business Account?

  • Sole Proprietor – You will need an Assumed Name Certificate from the county. Picture ID's and SSN's will be required on all account signers. If applicable, provide Tax ID Letter from IRS or first page of tax return if using a TIN/EIN to establish account.
  • Partnership – You will need your Partnership Agreement showing who the partners are and indicating which partners are authorized to sign. Picture ID's and SSN's will be required on all account signers. If applicable provide Tax ID Letter from IRS or first page of tax return if using a TIN/EIN to establish account.
  • Corporation – You will need your Articles of Incorporation. Picture ID's and SSN's will be required on all account signers. If applicable, provide an Assumed Name Certificate from the county if your business uses a different name to conduct business which is different from the legal entity name. If possible provide Tax ID Letter from IRS or first page of tax return to confirm TIN/EIN.
  • Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) – You will need your Articles of Organization. Picture ID's and SSN's will be required on all account signers. . If applicable, provide an Assumed Name Certificate from the county if your business uses a different name to conduct business which is different from the legal entity name. If possible provide Tax ID Letter from IRS or first page of tax return to confirm TIN/EIN.
  • Organizations/Associations – You will need your Organizational By-Laws. Picture ID's and SSN's will required on all account signers. If possible provide Tax ID Letter from IRS or first page of tax return to confirm TIN/EIN.
