Simply bookmark the following URL on your wireless device to ensure a successful connection: https://mobile.myconsumers.org. VISA Account and FICS Mortgage history is not available in Mobile Banking. This information can be accessed through Online Banking.

We suggest that you use the normal e-Alerts within Online Banking in the meantime. On-Demand Text Messaging will continue to work normally if you've already signed up through the mobile alerts configuration tool. New enrollments to the On-Demand Text messaging will resume after the Mobile Alerts' issues have been resolved.
