Q: Are my User ID, Password and MFA challenge question answers the same for Text Messaging Access?
A: Yes! You do not have to maintain separate passwords for Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Mobile Alerts.
Q: What is On-Demand Text Messaging?
A: You can now call a toll-free number, 888.797.1641, and have your balance and last 3 transactions sent to a Mobile device or e-mail address.
Q: Why do I have to register my phone number before using On-Demand Text Messaging?
A: Security: "What you have and what you know." Registering your phone will prevent unauthorized parties from trying to get your information by calling in from other numbers. Having this plus a PIN number will keep your information secure.

Q: Is there a fee for utilizing Mobile Alerts, or On-Demand Text Messaging?
A: No. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for incoming text messages. Please check with your wireless provider before using these services.
