
How to Use Online Banking
Online Banking is a great alternative to traditional banking. Use your personal computer to access your Consumers accounts. Obtain balance information, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, view cleared checks, and much more from the convenience of your home! We are also proud to introduce some enhanced features.

Authentication Enhancements. You now have an image and a phrase that will
verify that you are on the Consumers website.

Login from the home page of CCU's website. Update your browser favorites or
bookmarks to https://www.myconsumers.org.
· New users can self register using their Telephone Teller (Call24) Pin.
Bill Payment takes the hassle out of paying bills.
To access Online Banking and Bill Payment, read steps 1, 2, 3, and then click on step
4.
- Enter your Online Banking User ID. In the past, this may have been your Member number. The new Online Banking allows you to select a custom User ID after you authenticate in the My Profile section of the site.
- If you are on a trusted computer, enter your password.
- You may be asked one of your challenge questions that you created during the new MFA enrollment.
- Click here to sign in.
